1 Who can use BettyBloom

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

BettyBloom is designed for women tracking their cycle, fertility, wellness, and pregnancy. Partners may use the partner dashboard only after a woman invites them.

2 What BettyBloom is

BettyBloom is a personal wellness companion that helps you:

• Track your menstrual cycle
• Understand your fertility patterns
• Record how you feel — physically and emotionally
• Follow your wellness habits
• Track a pregnancy if and when you choose
• Share specific information with one trusted partner, if you want to

Everything BettyBloom shows you is based on what you record. It is a personal tracking tool — not a doctor, not a diagnosis, not a medical device.

3 What BettyBloom is not

Please read this carefully — it's important:

• BettyBloom is not a form of contraception
• BettyBloom does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition
• Predictions (period, ovulation, fertility, due dates) are estimates based on what you log
• BettyBloom is not a substitute for professional medical care

If you have a health concern, please speak to a doctor, nurse, or qualified healthcare provider.

4 Your account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Give accurate information during setup
• Keep your password private and secure
• Not share your account with anyone else
• Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

5 Using BettyBloom responsibly

You agree not to:

• Use BettyBloom for anything illegal
• Try to access another user's data
• Try to break, hack, or interfere with the app
• Upload anything harmful or abusive
• Impersonate another person
• Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app

If we notice this kind of use, we may suspend or close your account.

6 Partner sharing — your choice, always

BettyBloom allows you to invite one partner to see specific information about your cycle and wellness.

Important things to know:

• Partner sharing is off by default
• Nothing is shared until you explicitly enable it
• You can turn it off at any time — immediately
• You control exactly which categories your partner can see
• Journal entries and private notes are private by default — you may choose to share your journal if you want to, but nothing is shared unless you turn it on

When you invite a partner, they will be asked to accept a short Partner Agreement. We take this seriously — your data is yours, and both sides agree to that before anything is shared.

7 Your data belongs to you

Everything you log on BettyBloom is yours.

• You can download a copy of your data at any time
• You can delete individual records whenever you want
• You can delete your entire account and all associated data — from your Privacy Center

When you delete your account, your data is removed from our active systems. Some residual backup copies may remain for a limited period (typically up to 30 days) for security and legal compliance, then are permanently deleted.

8 Our responsibilities to you

We promise to:

• Keep BettyBloom running as smoothly as we can
• Protect your data with reasonable security measures
• Never sell your personal data
• Never show your private data to administrators unnecessarily
• Be transparent about how the app works

We do not promise that:

• BettyBloom will always be available without interruption
• Predictions will always be accurate for you
• The app will meet every expectation you might have

BettyBloom is provided "as is" — a tool to help you, not a guarantee.

9 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, if we add new features or if the law changes.

If we make significant changes, we'll notify you inside the app and ask you to accept the new version. You can always find the current Terms on this page.

10 Ending your account

You can close your account at any time from your Privacy Center.

We may close or suspend your account if:

• You break these Terms
• We're legally required to
• The app is discontinued
